    I am just getting started setting up the AutoUFO and AutoClimate Windows for Futures trading on Ninja. If one upgrades to the new Version, will one have to do the initial setup all over again? If so, would I be better off just uninstalling the old version and begin my setup in the new version?

    Nope... The update will respect what you had before. Add-ons, workspaces, etc.
