Affiliate Terms of Use

These Terms govern participation in the TradeWithUFOs affiliate program operated by Traddictiv Pte. Ltd. Applying, using an affiliate link or accepting a commission means that you agree to them.

1. Application and approval

Participation is by approval and is not guaranteed. You must provide accurate information about yourself, your websites, channels and intended promotional methods, keep it current and be at least 18 years old. We may approve, reject, suspend or terminate an application or account to protect customers, the program, our reputation or legal compliance.

2. Referral tracking

Use the links and tools supplied through your affiliate area. A referral is attributed according to the tracking records and attribution rules configured in AffiliateWP at the time of the transaction. Browser settings, consent choices, deleted cookies, cross-device journeys, blocked scripts and third-party systems can prevent tracking. We do not guarantee that every visit or sale can be attributed.

Affiliate commissions apply only to qualifying purchases that are completed through and successfully tracked by the TradeWithUFOs website using an approved referral method. Purchases completed on third-party websites, marketplaces, platforms, applications, payment environments or other external sales channels are not eligible for affiliate commission, even when a customer first encountered the Product through an affiliate.

3. Qualifying referrals and commissions

A commission is earned only on a valid, completed and paid qualifying transaction attributed to your account.
The current commission rate, product eligibility, attribution period, recurring or lifetime treatment and any tier are shown in the program schedule or affiliate area and may vary by product, currency, campaign or partner.
Displayed percentages are maximums or examples, not a promise that every product or referral carries that rate.
Commissions may be rejected or reversed for refunds required by law, chargebacks, reversals, failed payments, cancellations, duplicate or fraudulent orders, abuse, prohibited promotion, self-referrals or transactions that do not meet the program rules.
Our tracking and order records control unless you provide clear evidence of a technical error.

4. Payouts and taxes

Payout timing, threshold, method, currency and required verification are shown in the affiliate area or communicated to you. We may hold a payout while a transaction is within a review or dispute period or while we investigate suspected abuse. You are responsible for providing valid payout and tax information and for all taxes, filings and fees arising from your commissions.

5. Required disclosures

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose the affiliate relationship near each promotional recommendation, before a person acts on the link. The disclosure must be understandable to the audience and comply with the advertising, endorsement, consumer-protection and platform rules that apply where the promotion is published. A profile-page disclosure alone is not sufficient when a closer disclosure is required.

6. Accurate promotion

Use truthful, balanced and current descriptions of our Products.
Do not promise profits, trading results, risk-free outcomes, guaranteed accuracy or guaranteed acceptance into the program.
Do not present yourself as Traddictiv, TradeWithUFOs, our employee, broker, adviser or authorised spokesperson.
Do not alter prices, refund terms, features or eligibility, or publish invented discounts or coupon codes.
Do not use fake reviews, misleading comparisons, fabricated scarcity, deceptive redirects, cookie stuffing or forced clicks.
Do not promote through unlawful content, hate, harassment, malware, piracy, impersonation or content unsuitable for a financial-education audience.

7. Advertising, email and trademarks

Unless we approve it in writing, you may not bid on Traddictiv, TradeWithUFOs, AutoUFOs, AutoClimate, Survival2Mastery, Survival to Mastery, Mystery to Mastery or confusingly similar terms in paid search; use our trademarks in a domain, social handle, app name or advertiser identity; send unsolicited email or messages; or run advertisements that imply they are official. You must follow anti-spam, privacy, advertising and platform rules and maintain evidence of any required consent.

8. Intellectual property and materials

While your account is approved, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use current approved affiliate creatives solely to promote qualifying Products. Do not modify logos, remove notices, sublicense materials, publish protected course content or suggest ownership. Stop using the materials when requested or when participation ends.

9. Your audience and data

You are responsible for your own websites, content, claims, privacy notices, cookies and collection of personal data. Do not send us sensitive information about a prospect. Information visible in the affiliate area is confidential and must be protected. Our Privacy Policy applies to data we process.

10. Independent relationship

You are an independent participant, not an employee, agent, partner, franchisee or legal representative of Traddictiv. You have no authority to make commitments, accept orders, provide support or create obligations for us. You bear your own costs and there is no guarantee of traffic, acceptance, commissions or earnings.

11. Monitoring, suspension and termination

We may request information about a promotion and may suspend links, tracking or payouts while investigating suspected breach, fraud or risk. Either party may end participation. On termination, stop presenting yourself as an affiliate and stop using our materials. Valid commissions finally approved before termination remain payable subject to these Terms; commissions connected to breach, fraud or invalid transactions may be rejected or reversed.

12. Changes, liability and law

We may change program features, eligible Products, rates, tiers, attribution rules or these Terms prospectively. Where practical, material changes will be communicated through the affiliate area or email. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the program is provided “as is”; we are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunity, tracking interruption or indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability connected with the program will not exceed commissions paid or payable to you during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by Singapore law and the Singapore courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory rights that cannot be excluded. Questions may be sent to partners@traddictiv.com.
