Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of TradeWithUFOs.com and the products, subscriptions, training, accounts and benefits supplied through it by Traddictiv Pte. Ltd. By using the site, creating an account, purchasing or activating a product, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. Company and scope

Traddictiv Pte. Ltd. is registered in Singapore under UEN 201818590H at 100D Pasir Panjang Rd. #05-03 Meissa, Singapore 118520. “Products” includes software, indicators, applications, licences, courses, memberships, subscriptions, digital content, support and other benefits offered through TradeWithUFOs.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement.
• Information supplied for an account, order, entitlement or affiliate application must be accurate and kept current.
• You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
• Accounts, licences, course access and benefits are personal to the authorised user unless a business or multi-user licence expressly says otherwise.

3. Automated operation and AI-assisted services

We may use automated systems and artificial-intelligence-assisted tools to operate customer support, communications, account administration, product access, security, reporting and content-related functions.

Routine account and entitlement actions may be performed automatically using recorded payment, subscription, licence, platform-identifier and account status. These actions may include activation, renewal, expiry, failed-payment handling and temporary security restrictions. You are responsible for keeping your account and platform information accurate. If you believe an automated action was made in error, contact us so that it can be reviewed.

Information prepared or delivered with automated or artificial-intelligence assistance may contain errors or omissions. It is provided for product support, administration, information or education and does not constitute personalised investment, trading, legal, tax or other professional advice. No automated feature is authorised to access your brokerage account, execute a transaction or make a trading decision for you.

You must not provide brokerage credentials, private keys, complete payment-card details or instructions to execute a financial transaction through a support assistant, form or other automated interaction.

4. Orders, fees and taxes

You agree to pay the price, currency, billing interval and applicable taxes presented at checkout. You authorise the selected payment provider to charge the payment method for the initial purchase and, for subscriptions, each renewal until cancellation. Prices may change prospectively; a subscription price change will apply no earlier than the next billing cycle after any notice required by law.

5. Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You must cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals and, unless access is suspended for breach or non-payment, access continues through the end of the period already paid. Fees are final and non-refundable and no prorated refund or credit is provided merely because you cancel or stop using a Product. Limited exceptions and mandatory legal rights are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

We may sometimes offer an approved change between compatible plans. Eligibility, available replacement plans, the effective timing and any plan-change or conversion credit will be shown before you confirm the change. Any such credit is a non-cash adjustment applied only to the specified replacement transaction; it is not redeemable for cash, does not create a right to credit for earlier subscription periods and does not make ordinary cancellation refundable. If the replacement transaction fails or is not completed, the existing plan will not be terminated solely because the change was attempted. Transaction-specific terms displayed during the plan change govern that change where applicable.

6. Licence and intellectual property

Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Product for its documented purpose during the applicable access period. Traddictiv and its licensors retain all rights in the Products, software, source code, designs, trademarks, course materials, videos, documentation, models and site content.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, share credentials, publish protected course content, bypass access controls, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, automate abusive access, remove notices or use our intellectual property to train or build a competing product except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by law.

7. Third-party platforms and data

Some Products operate with services controlled by third parties, such as TradingView, NinjaTrader, brokers, exchanges, data providers, payment providers, video or community platforms. We do not control their availability, rules, accounts, fees, market data or changes. You are responsible for satisfying their requirements and for assessing compatibility before purchase.

Market data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Third-party platform access does not make Traddictiv a broker, exchange, investment adviser, fiduciary or party to any trade.

8. Trading and educational risk

Products and content are provided for information, education, analysis and planning. They are not personalised investment, legal, tax or accounting advice and do not recommend any transaction. Trading and investing involve substantial risk; leveraged products may result in losses exceeding the initial amount. You remain solely responsible for every decision, order, position, calibration, data input and risk-management action.

Hypothetical results, backtests, examples and testimonials have inherent limitations and do not guarantee future performance. No Product can eliminate risk or guarantee profits, accuracy or a particular outcome.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use the site or Products unlawfully; interfere with security or operation; transmit malware; impersonate another person; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; harass others; submit fraudulent orders or claims; manipulate affiliate tracking; or use automated means that impose an unreasonable load. Community spaces may have additional conduct rules.

10. Availability, changes and support

We may maintain, improve, replace, limit or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. If we permanently discontinue a paid Product before the end of a paid term and cannot provide materially equivalent access, our responsibility is limited to the remedy required by law or, at our option, a proportionate replacement, credit or refund for the undelivered period.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, fraud, security risk, unlawful conduct, credential sharing, material breach or conduct that harms the service or others. Where reasonably possible, we will limit the action to what is necessary and provide notice or an opportunity to cure. Termination does not remove accrued payment obligations, intellectual-property protections, disclaimers or other provisions intended to survive.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement or uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, third-party failures or indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential loss.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a Product will not exceed the amount you paid us for that Product during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Traddictiv and its officers, employees and contractors against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, infringement, credential sharing, breach of these Terms or transactions made through accounts you control, except to the extent caused by our own unlawful conduct.

14. Privacy, changes and general terms

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational or Product changes. Material changes apply prospectively and will be notified where required. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a genuine restructuring or transfer of the relevant business.

15. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you. The courts of Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
