Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Traddictiv Pte. Ltd. collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use TradeWithUFOs.com, create an account, buy or subscribe to a product, attend training, join our affiliate program or contact us.

1. Who we are

Traddictiv Pte. Ltd. is a company registered in Singapore under UEN 201818590H, with registered address at 100D Pasir Panjang Rd. #05-03 Meissa, Singapore 118520. In this policy, “Traddictiv”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Traddictiv Pte. Ltd.; “TradeWithUFOs” refers to this commerce, learning and client-access website.

2. Data we collect

Identity and contact data: name, username, email address, telephone number, billing address and country.
Account and entitlement data: login details, account settings, TradingView ID or other platform identifier, licences, course enrolments, progress, certificates and support history.
Order and subscription data: products, prices, currencies, coupons, order status, renewal dates, invoices, refunds where legally required and payment-provider references. We do not normally store full payment-card numbers.
Affiliate data: application details, websites and channels, referral links, visits, commissions, payout information and tax or identity information required for administration.
Professional and affiliate prospect data: limited work contact details, role, organisation, professional profile, public business activities, relevant interests and relationship or correspondence records for prospective affiliates or partners.
Redemption and form data: information submitted to verify book ownership, NFT ownership or eligibility for a benefit.
Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser information, cookies, login and security events, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address and diagnostic logs.
Communications: messages, survey responses, marketing preferences and records of consent.

3. How we collect data

We collect data directly from you when you register, purchase, subscribe, enrol, complete a form, apply as an affiliate or contact us. We also collect technical data automatically through WordPress, WooCommerce, security tools, cookies and analytics. Payment providers and technology platforms may return transaction, subscription or entitlement information to us.

We may also obtain limited professional or business information from publicly available professional websites, public social or business profiles, business directories, public company information, referrals, introductions or other legitimate business sources when assessing prospective affiliates or business partners. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information for prospecting, and public availability does not remove our privacy obligations.

4. How and why we use data

To create and secure accounts and verify identity.
To process orders, subscriptions, payments, invoices, renewals and cancellations.
To activate and maintain software access, course access and other purchased benefits.
To administer learning progress, certificates, affiliates, referrals and commissions.
To answer questions, provide support and troubleshoot technical issues.
To prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorised sharing and security incidents.
To send service messages and, where permitted or consented to, marketing communications.
To assess business relevance, establish or develop professional relationships, invite suitable people or organisations to discuss affiliate or partner opportunities, manage business correspondence and prevent duplicate or inappropriate outreach.
To analyse and improve our websites, products, learning experience and business operations.
To comply with legal, accounting, tax, regulatory and dispute-resolution obligations.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, our legal basis may be performance of a contract, consent, compliance with a legal obligation or our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving our services.

Where permitted by law, this professional outreach is based on our legitimate interests in developing relevant business relationships; we use consent or another legal basis where required. An invitation to discuss the affiliate program is not approval to participate. Affiliate participation remains subject to application, approval and the Affiliate Terms of Use.

5. Automated and AI-assisted processing

We may use software automation, machine-learning systems and artificial-intelligence-assisted tools to help operate and improve TradeWithUFOs and our business. Depending on how you interact with us, these systems may assist with classifying and routing enquiries; retrieving relevant product, account, order, subscription or entitlement information; preparing or delivering responses; administering accounts, licences, course access and other entitlements; identifying fraud, abuse or security concerns; analysing service performance; preparing operational reports; supporting appropriate affiliate or business-relationship prospecting; and creating or adapting informational, educational or marketing content.

For these purposes, the systems may process relevant contact, account, order, subscription, entitlement, usage and communications data described in this Privacy Policy. We seek to limit the information used to what is reasonably necessary for the task and apply appropriate access controls, retention settings and contractual, technical or organisational safeguards.

Automation and AI assistance used for affiliate or business-relationship prospecting is limited to the relevant purpose and does not have unrestricted authority to reuse information for unrelated purposes.

Routine rule-based actions—such as creating an account, activating access following confirmed payment, sending service reminders, processing renewal status, or expiring access after cancellation or non-payment—may occur automatically. If you believe an automated account or entitlement action is incorrect, you may contact us to request review.

We do not use these systems to access brokerage accounts, execute trades, determine whether an investment is suitable for you, or provide personalised investment recommendations. Please do not send us brokerage passwords, private keys, complete payment-card details or trade-execution instructions.

Where service providers assist with automation, customer support, workflow management, language processing or artificial intelligence, they may process the limited information required to provide those services on our behalf. International processing and transfers are handled as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

6. Service providers and disclosures

We may share only the data reasonably necessary with providers that help us operate the service, including hosting, backups and security; WooCommerce; payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal and supported digital-payment providers; Sensei LMS; AffiliateWP; HubSpot, Sender.net and ShopMagic; Google analytics and site tools; Microsoft Clarity for consent-controlled session recordings, heatmaps and usability analytics; software-access platforms; professional advisers; and public authorities where required by law. Their handling of data is also governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data in connection with a genuine corporate restructuring, acquisition or sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.

7. International transfers

Some providers and recipients may be located outside Singapore or your country. Where required, we use contractual, organisational or other recognised safeguards intended to provide a comparable standard of protection.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use necessary cookies for login, account, cart, checkout, security, consent and site performance. With consent where required, we may also use analytics, functionality and marketing cookies. You can manage non-essential cookies through the cookie settings shown on the site and through your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent parts of the service from working.

With your permission, Microsoft Clarity helps us understand how visitors use the Site through session recordings, heatmaps and interaction metrics. Clarity may process page paths, clicks, scrolling, device and browser details, approximate location, diagnostic information, and cookie or consent identifiers. We use this information to identify usability problems and improve the Site; we do not use Clarity for behavioural advertising. Clarity runs only when Analytics consent is enabled through our cookie settings. Microsoft handles this data under its own privacy terms.

9. Retention and security

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including account access, subscription history, tax and accounting requirements, fraud prevention, disputes and legal claims. Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirement. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Prospecting information is reviewed and deleted or anonymised when it is no longer reasonably needed; it is not retained indefinitely merely because it was publicly available. We respect appropriate objections and requests not to receive further outreach. We may retain a minimal suppression record where reasonably necessary to prevent duplicate or unwanted contact.

10. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, update, delete or restrict the use of your personal data; withdraw consent; object to certain uses; request portability; or complain to a data-protection authority. You may unsubscribe from marketing using the link in an email. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing and may prevent us from providing a service that depends on the requested data.

We may ask for information needed to verify your identity before acting on a request. We may retain information where required for legal, security, payment, accounting or dispute purposes.

11. Children

Our paid products, trading technology and accounts are intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly solicit personal data from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided data should contact us.

12. Changes and contact
